Price and Payment: All prices are correct at the time
of entering the information on to the system. If for some reason we are
unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not shipped
will be refunded to the original method of payment. The method of
payments depends on the customer whether to pay cash or K-net.
Shipping
and Delivery: In Kuwait when the customer places the order we try to
ship the next day of the order placement, but in case the customer
places the order on Thursday we ship the order on Saturday as we have a
day off on Friday . Maison aims to delivery your order as quickly as
possible. However sometimes during busy sales periods, delivers may take
longer. If you have any question regarding shipping and delivery please
contact our customer’s service platforms.
Shipping
Cost: In Kuwait any product purchases from above 20 Kuwaiti Dinar the
delivery charges is free of cost. And below 20 Kuwaiti Dinar the
delivery charges are 2 Kuwaiti Dinar.
In GCC mainly the
order is delivered within 4 to 6 working days through Aramex shipment.
The delivery charges for outside Kuwait is based on the below table:
Return Policy: We follow the policy of Kuwait return
policy for any return of the product which means the product should be
return within maximum 15 days from the day of purchased. The product
should be return with the same condition the product was delivered. And
the payment will be return in the same method of payment with the
customer had made the payment.
